History
Joseph Greco and Daniel Greco, father and son, partnered to form Greco Law Offices in 2009, but the legal profession is a family tradition dating back three generations to its arrival in the United States. Charles B. Fiduccia, our family's first attorney, practiced in Chicago and inspired his nephew Joe to become a lawyer. Joe has since served Chicago's Northwest Suburbs for over 41 years, while Dan has had a lifetime of exposure to the practice. Our philosophy springs from these humble roots and guides us in our practice today.
Philosophy
We are working lawyers for working people. We believe there is a place for the down-to-earth lawyers who don’t charge clients for maintaining pretentious appearances, and we just don’t believe in wearing suits and ties every day.
Whenever possible, we encourage our clients to complete paperwork, gather documentation and participate in their own representation. We believe that this not only avoids unnecessary billing, but strengthens the lawyer-client relationship and increases the odds of a successful outcome.
We are not a discount firm, rather we believe that our value to our clients lies in our sound advice and not in window dressing. While we have been known to hang the "Gone Fishing" sign when the weather is nice, we promise never to miss your call because we are golfing.
